It was a manual process, which entailed data validation and data massaging prior to reconciliation and involved high overheads and operational costs.

The Solution

The rise of mobile commerce (mCommerce) cannot be ignored. With an increasing number of consumers relying on their smartphones and tablets for purchasing insurance, having a mobile-responsive website or a dedicated mobile app is crucial. Statistics project that nearly half of all eCommerce transactions will occur through mobile devices by 2024. A user-friendly mobile interface guarantees that customers can access insurance products on their preferred devices, fostering a smooth shopping experience with different online banking, E-Wallets or with Visa and Master Card System.
